We’ve secretly replaced DJ Dissonance on our schedule with djPET. Let’s see if anyone notices.

I’m sure you all would have, as Jesse and Jim look nothing alike, so I figured it would be best to update you all before hand. Jesse, AKA DJ Dissonance, recently accepted a huge job with a massive increase in responsibilities that will sadly keep him from DJing with us as a resident. While I’m sad to see Jesse leave us, I’m slightly cheered up knowing that Jesse’s new job is a step toward what Jesse wants to do with his career, and I wish my companion behind the decks and long-time friend the best of luck.

Beginning 11/18/10 our permanent resident DJ for every third week event will be djPET, also known as Jim. That’s right…no matter what happens, when asked who’s DJing Res you’ll always be at least 50% right if you simply answer “Jim!” Aside from having an awesome name, djPET has spun with us before and you all packed the floor. This is common at the other places where Jim plays, including Darq (Salem), Ordnance (Everett) and a slew of other guest spots, events and festivals.

Oh yeah. And Jim has LASERS!
