Please don’t bring your camera. We will occasionally have designated staff photographers.  Our in-house official photographer is Shadow Darkwell of Darkwell Studios.  If you would like to be one, please contact the staff.  If we get complaints about you taking pictures and you are not one of our approved photographers, we may take you aside and ask you to delete your pictures and/or leave the club.

If you are a photographer and would like to take pictures inside, please email the organizer.

If you would specifically like to be photographed or not, our photographer, Shadow, is easy to spot and very good about respecting people’s wishes regarding official photography.  He’s the guy with the big, professional camera rig.  Just introduce yourself and let him know your preferences. You can also contact him through his web site, Darkwell Studios, if you would like to request high resolution copies of his photos of you.

Please note that some of the staff will be taking pictures. Only tasteful ones will be posted to this web site. If you have an aversion to having your photograph taken, please talk to the person with the camera. Photos that are tasteful, well done, and promote what we are looking to create with this night will be posted here for community and promotional purposes.  If there is any question about whether to post a photo of you, just ask the photographer or any of our staff.
